      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accelerate growth rates in Urology and Gynecology through effective sales strategies
      - Train new Gynecologists and Urologists to achieve total practice integration
      - Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters for enhanced training and demonstration
      - Build and maintain a robust clinical and economic data set showcasing the value of the da Vinci system
      - Partner with sales leadership to conduct strategic market development activities and enhance marketing efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Ability to travel up to 25% as necessary
      - Strong communication skills and ability to influence across a broad organization
      - Proven clinical selling skills and capacity to build credibility quickly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Urology or Gynecology preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and adapt to changes in the work environment
      - Track record of sales excellence and effective communication across diverse teams
      - Proven ability to influence peers and drive collaborative efforts
      - Experience in training or educational roles within healthcare settings
