      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology within key strategic markets
      - Train new Gynecologists and Urologists to achieve total practice autonomy
      - Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters
      - Build a robust QTI data set demonstrating the clinical and economic value of products
      - Conduct strategic market development activities in partnership with sales leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in medical devices
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
      - Proven ability to influence peers and manage complexity in a changing environment
      - Excellent communication skills across diverse organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Urology or Gynecology preferred
      - Demonstrated track record of sales excellence
      - Effective clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility quickly
      - Experience in managing complex sales processes
      - Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
