      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology in key strategic markets
      - Train new Gynecologists and Urologists to achieve total practice autonomy
      - Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters for training
      - Conduct strategic market development activities in partnership with sales leadership
      - Serve as the market intelligence liaison for Urology and Gynecology marketing and training teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Urology or Gynecology preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in an environment of change
      - Proven ability to influence peers and communicate effectively across the organization
      - Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility
      - Track record of sales excellence
