What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate repeat Urology customer product orders for actively enrolled customers
- Articulate the features and benefits of Urology and ancillary product lines
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements of 100 daily calls, including inbound and outbound
- Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals established by management
- Maintain accurate notation and details of each customer account for proper follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficient in intermediate math skills for calculations related to discounts and commissions
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, and other database software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales or customer service role within the medical supply industry
- Familiarity with call center telecommunications software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to deal with a variety of variables
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers
