What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the sales process by assisting with customer quotations, order processing, and tracking payments
- Maintain strong customer relationships by working closely with Sales Account Managers
- Oversee customer consignment management and monitor inventory levels in collaboration with finance
- Manage small customer accounts, including Universities and Research Labs, and ensure their needs are met
- Generate sales reports and assist in the preparation of customer presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar support role within an international environment
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams
- Highly customer service-oriented with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with I/O systems
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
