What you'll do...
Divisional People Director – Southeast RDC Division, Ambient Network
The Divisional People Partner supports the Southeast RDC Division of the Ambient Network, driving strategic people initiatives and enabling workforce readiness through a period of significant automation transformation.
As a strategic leader you are responsible for driving the People function across the field network, leading a team of 40–50 People associates, executing enterprise-wide initiatives, and building forward-looking people strategies to enable transformation across a rapidly evolving supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Guide organizational change, advise on HR implications, and align people strategies with business objectives.
Operational Excellence
Oversee HR systems, audits, compliance, and training to ensure consistent execution across the business.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze HR and business data to inform strategy, identify risks, and drive improvements.
Compliance; Ethics
Ensure adherence to laws, policies, and ethical standards while promoting a culture of confidentiality and trust.
Talent Development
Lead recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
Culture; Engagement
Champion a culture of belonging; empower associates; and recognize contributions.
Community; Collaboration
Build strong internal and external partnerships, lead outreach initiatives, and support associate engagement.
Change Management: Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives to drive effective change and improve business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
