      What you'll do...

      Job Summary:

      This role oversees teams that develop products powering Walmart’s eCommerce and Supply Chain. The focus is on enhancing the Walmart customer experience across both physical and digital realms to make Walmart the most exciting place to shop. With approximately 4,500 stores, 210 distribution centers, 9,000 tractors, 80,000 trailers, and thousands of suppliers fulfilling Walmart’s online and in-store orders for over 1 billion customers, the challenge and complexity are substantial! We operate within the world’s largest retailer yet maintain a startup atmosphere, working in small agile teams to revolutionize the fulfillment landscape. As a leader in the supply chain group, you are accountable and responsible for several critical products and platforms that help serve our customers in the most cost-effective manner across multiple geographies and business segments.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Build and mentor a world-class product team
      • Develop AI/ML-based systems that promote Walmart’s EDLC principle
      • Embody the concepts of First Principle, Whole Product, and Crossing the Chasm
      • Set product vision and influence C-level executives

      Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.       The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

      Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

      Minimum Qualifications...

      Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related area.

      Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
