What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead mixed methods research, designing and executing impactful studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Own the research process from defining objectives and methodologies to analysis and insight delivery
- Generate quantitative insights using statistical techniques and behavioral data analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, marketing, and research teams
- Leverage AI tools to enhance research design, synthesis, and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience leading end-to-end user research, with a strong focus on quantitative methods
- Proficiency in survey design, statistical analysis, and behavioral analytics
- Experience using research tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, UserTesting, and UserZoom
- Excellent data-driven storytelling skills to transform complex data into compelling narratives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across disciplines in fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with generative AI tools to streamline research processes
- Graduate degree in a relevant field with 4 years of related experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint slide design and creating video highlights of research findings
- Strong customer advocacy, committed to embedding user needs into decision-making
