What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to the field organization through the creation and timely resolution of support requests
- Collaborate with business leadership and other departments to achieve strategic goals
- Mentor user support associates in learning business applications and processes
- Assist in user acceptance testing for operational applications and collect data from financial systems
- Create supporting documentation for the resolution of incoming support requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in the field or 5-8 years of service industry experience supporting business operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting/finance and business principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Proficient in MS Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Interactive Business Systems (IBS) and supporting applications like Salesforce and Kronos
- Basic SQL and database structure knowledge
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
