      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage strategically important customer relationships to meet BESS project volume and revenue goals
      - Achieve specific order intake and revenue targets as assigned by business management
      - Implement professional Key Account Management strategies and effective customer relationship methodologies
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and identify new market opportunities
      - Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic business positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Energy Storage, Solar, Wind, or Power Generation)
      - Minimum 7 years of senior Business Development/Key Account Management Sales experience with large, complex customers
      - Proven capability in business development practices, including proposal tendering and contract negotiations
      - Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and driving sustainable business growth
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to network at executive levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established network with key stakeholders among project developers, utilities, and asset managers
      - Expertise in developing compelling sales pitches and marketing strategies for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions
      - Familiarity with UL, NEC, NFPA, and AHJ project considerations
      - Well-informed about IRA, ITC, incentives, and industry policies and regulations
