      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage strategic customer relationships to achieve BESS project volume and revenue goals
      - Deliver on assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the company's strategic objectives
      - Conduct professional funnel management to drive effective project opportunity pipeline reporting
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess customer needs and market opportunities
      - Analyze market trends and competitive information to identify business risks and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Energy Storage, Solar, Wind, or Power Generation)
      - Minimum 7 years of senior-level Business Development or Key Account Management Sales experience
      - Proven capability in Business Development practices, including proposal tendering and contract negotiations
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to influence and collaborate across teams
      - Established network with key stakeholders in project development and asset management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in developing compelling sales pitches and marketing strategies for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
      - Familiarity with industry regulations and financial models, including IRA and ITC incentives
