- Utilize company systems to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
- Enter and update insurance information into company databases
- Engage in extensive phone communication to file claims accurately
- Assist supervisors and team members with various tasks as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive phone skills for effective communication
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Experience in a customer service or claims processing role
