      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for pre-certification inquiries, providing accurate information to members
      - Collect essential demographic, non-clinical, and provider data for pre-certification using various communication methods
      - Analyze and route service requests efficiently to ensure timely processing
      - Maintain accurate documentation and case information while assisting with reports
      - Manage high volumes of customer interactions while ensuring quality service and organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree preferred in business, management, or a related field
      - Prior experience in customer service and/or medical background
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Accurate data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior insurance and/or claims background
      - Experience in medical front office, hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
      - Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
      - Ability to navigate various computer software programs for data collection
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
