      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and analyze UX performance metrics, including task completion and conversion funnels
      - Set up and maintain quality analytics tracking across digital experiences
      - Build dashboards and reports to surface insights for driving decisions
      - Lead personalization, CRO, and A/B testing initiatives from concept to analysis
      - Collaborate with design, web development, and merchandising teams to improve site performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in UX research, analysis, or a related role
      - Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Quantum Metric, or similar)
      - Hands-on experience running A/B tests
      - Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
      - Basic SQL query skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end basics
      - Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards
      - Familiarity with UX design systems and best practices
