      The Selling Partner Experience team is looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to lead the design direction of Seller experiences. As a design leader, you will have a significant impact on business. You will partner closely with product and engineering to achieve this vision.

      Key job responsibilities
      * Analyze UX problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals
      * Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design
      * Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups throughout the design process
      * Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications
      * Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership
      * Initiate and manage design research and testing processes
      * Perform metrics analysis to inform design decisions
      * Partner with the technology team to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experiential principles
      * Partner with others in the broader design community to develop and extend the experience across the array of offerings

      A day in the life
      A typical day could involve meeting with key stakeholders to discuss the scope and requirements of a project and how it fits into the bigger picture of Amazon Customer & Seller experience. You may lead workshops and meetings to generate inputs to the design process and then have focus time to work on those designs. You may have multiple projects occurring simultaneously and will be responsible for managing dueling priorities.- 5+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
      - Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
      - Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
      - Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
      - Experience shipping innovative, successful consumer products- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
      - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, and senior executives.
      - Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
