What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in planning, facilitation, analysis, and reporting on various research initiatives
- Communicate findings through presentations, personas, journeys, task analyses, and other artifacts
- Collaborate closely with senior staff to influence product strategy and roadmaps using validated user research findings
- Support design validation through iterative usability testing
- Contribute to building innovative software that enhances workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Actively enrolled university students or recent graduates are not eligible
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Ability to commit full-time during the program dates
- Some working or project experience applying research and/or design thinking
- Knowledge of planning, developing, and conducting user research and testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, or community college graduates from psychology, UX, or research-related courses
- Understanding of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, and experimental design
- A go-getter attitude with a growth mindset and ambition to solve problems
