      Hourly base pay rate is $28.08 - $42.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      Job Description

      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Researcher I to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of user-friendly products. You will work closely with senior researchers, designers, and product managers to gather insights that inform and enhance the user experience.

      Responsibilities:

      • Recruit Research Participants: Contact and schedule participants for research sessions
      • Conduct User Research: Assist in planning and conducting user research studies, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
      • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
      • Report Findings: Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to the design and product teams.
      • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are integrated into the design and development process.
      • Maintain Research Documentation: Document research activities, methodologies, and findings within our Research Repository and tag for easy search and access.
      • Learn Every Day: Explore and learn various research methods and techniques from your mentors and team leaders.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
      • Proficiency in using research tools and software.
      • Basic understanding of UX design principles.
      • Previous experience in user research, internships, or academic projects is a plus.

      Drug Testing

      To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.       Benefits

      Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
