What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate collaboration among UX researchers, designers, and product stakeholders to drive research projects
- Organize and support strategic and tactical research within the UX team
- Advocate for user insights to influence the organization’s strategic direction
- Present quantitative findings effectively to foster team discussions and understanding
- Mentor junior UX professionals and contribute to a research-driven culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in product and/or quantitative UX research
- BA/BS, MS, or PhD in social sciences, experimental psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Experience with primary and secondary quantitative research methodologies
- Mastery of quantitative research methods and excellent planning skills
- Proficiency in identifying appropriate research methods based on project goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- UX Bootcamp certification or other UX training
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, SharePoint, MS Teams, and PowerPoint
- Experience leading customer-focused interviews and workshops
- Understanding of Agile product development and UX-centered systems thinking
- A growth mindset and a sense of humor
