      Job Description:

      This role is ideal for a calm, empathetic professional who thrives in fast paced legal environments and enjoys being a trusted point of contact for clients during sensitive moments. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping first impressions, qualifying leads, and ensuring cases move forward smoothly through clear communication and consistent follow up. Your daily work will directly support legal workflows by organizing information, managing client interactions, and keeping attorneys informed without the need for handholding. Success in this role comes from being highly responsive, emotionally intelligent, and confident in managing competing priorities.       Monthly Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Manage workload independently to reduce the need for oversight
      • Communicate task status and workflow updates clearly to PNC
      • Follow up on active and pending cases to ensure progress
      • Assist with legal documents, research, and case preparation
      • Qualify and manage incoming leads accurately and efficiently
      • Handle inbound phone calls and serve as a primary intake contact
      • Maintain up to date records in the CRM system
      • Send professional and timely emails to clients and internal teams
      • Take detailed notes during meetings and client interactions
      • Complete intake documentation and ensure accurate data entry

      Requirements:
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • 1 year experience as an Intake Specialist
      • High level of accuracy and detail orientation
      • Availability for inbound phone calls and timely follow ups is required
      • Strong requirement for clear and ongoing communication with PNC regarding workflows and task progress
      • Persistence and follow-through when completing tasks
      • Must be consistently responsive during working hours
      • Ability to work independently without ongoing supervision

      Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

      Expected call volumes: 6-15 calls daily

      Location: Remote

      Time Zone: Central Standard Time [CST]

      Work Shift:

      8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [CST][CDT] (United States of America)
