- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments professionally
- Guide prospects through the intake process with empathy and clear communication
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and intake progress
- Collect payments and inform clients about fees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law
- Proven track record in sales and client conversion
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on excellence
- Ability to actively listen and communicate clearly
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
