      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage communications and route client inquiries appropriately
      - Prepare and send immigration and legal forms, filings, and document packages
      - Schedule consultations with potential and existing clients
      - Act as the primary gatekeeper for incoming client communications
      - Support day-to-day administrative needs of the attorney

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm
      - Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (English and Portuguese speakers are also welcome)
      - High attention to detail and accuracy in work
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities effectively
      - Strong professional and confident client interaction style

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with immigration law is highly preferred
      - Organized and process-driven mindset with adaptability
      - Cultural sensitivity when working with diverse client populations
