      Job Description:

      Job Duck is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Legal Assistant to support a busy legal practice focused on delivering exceptional service to clients. In this role, you will play a key part in managing administrative and legal support functions, ensuring that client matters are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with both clients and team members. This opportunity is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and can navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

      Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments.
      • Prepare and send engagement letters and closing letters.
      • Sync RingCentral transcripts into the CRM.
      • Maintain and organize legal files and records.
      • Manage and update information within Clio.
      • Perform docketing and deadline tracking activities.
      • Communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner.
      • Monitor and organize email communications.
      • Request and collect additional information from prospective clients.
      • Assist with client intake and billing processes.
      • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.
      • Support daily administrative and legal operations.
      • Ensure client information is accurately documented and maintained.

      Requirements:
      • Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
      • Timezone: MST (Arizona Time)

      Experience:
      • Previous Legal Assistant experience preferred.
      • Experience with client intake, file management, and legal administrative support.
      • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
      • Ability to work independently and proactively.
      • Experience using legal and administrative software.

      • Eve (AI)
