      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and compassionate communication
      - Provide case updates and address client questions
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
      - Manage status-related communications between the firm and clients
      - Assist with intake processes and coordinate necessary documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience working as a legal assistant
      - Must be comfortable taking calls
      - Experience with estate planning is preferred
      - Proficiency in Clio (mandatory), VoIP, MS Office Suite, and DesignVault
      - Availability during office hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in elder law, probate, or fiduciary representation
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate effectively with elderly clients
      - Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
      - Positive and enthusiastic personality
