      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure smooth communication
      - Handle client rescheduling based on readiness and workflow needs
      - Assist paralegals with the preparation and signing of estate planning documents
      - Organize and maintain virtual client files in Zoho WorkDrive
      - Provide clear updates and gather necessary information for attorneys and paralegals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
      - Proficiency in required software including Zoho CRM, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Sign, and Google Workspace
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong prioritization, time-management, and multitasking abilities
      - Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with virtual client management and communication tools
      - Familiarity with legal terminology and estate planning processes
      - Previous experience in a client-facing role in a legal setting
