What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate calendars and scheduling for court dates and deadlines
- Assist with drafting and preparing legal pleadings and client contracts
- Ensure legal documentation is organized, complete, and up to date
- Support attorneys and senior legal staff with day-to-day case management
- Facilitate and coordinate court meetings and related logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in any practice area
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
