What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Support project management tasks and maintain CRM records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys and staff
- Handle e-filing for legal documents and perform accurate data entry
- Assist with client intake and download and organize legal documents as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a law firm, preferably with California Federal Court and plaintiff litigation experience
- Proficiency in using RingCentral software
- Ability to work a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with AI and coding tools
- Familiarity with advanced legal technologies and case management software
