      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft and file FAA registration paperwork and related legal affidavits
      - Manage high-volume legal documentation processes with administrative rigor
      - Ensure the integrity of all data related to client documentation workflows
      - Enforce zero-defect checkpoints, including verification of notary and drone weight rules
      - Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and the FAA via email

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Non-US trained legal professional (Attorney or Senior Paralegal) with a background in Administrative or International Private Law
      - Documented history of working within strict compliance frameworks
      - C1 English proficiency required
      - Experience with Gavel and/or Lawmatics is preferred
      - Proficient in using software tools such as Gavel, Streak (Master Tracker), Lawmatics, Convertkit, and Docusign

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Gavel and/or Lawmatics
      - Additional language proficiency (Spanish) is a plus
      - Familiarity with compliance frameworks in legal settings
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Previous experience in high-volume documentation workflows
