What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support attorneys and case managers with essential administrative tasks
- Ensure timely completion of assigned duties and meet case milestones
- Draft and send legal correspondence and letters
- Request and follow up on medical records from providers
- Maintain organized records and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
- Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Ability to handle 16-30 calls per day with a courteous tone
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive and dependable in supporting legal professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a legal or administrative role
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
