What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage outgoing requests and follow-ups for medical records and billing
- Maintain confidentiality while working in a secure, private workspace
- Create and maintain medical expense summaries and billing logs using Excel
- Make outbound client calls for monthly check-ins, averaging 5-10 calls per day
- Support paralegals by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and properly processed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience working as a legal assistant or in a law firm
- Strong attention to detail and self-driven work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Excel and good numerical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work successfully in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM software, specifically Clio
- Familiarity with VOIP systems and internal communication tools like WhatsApp and Zoom
- Comfort with structured workflows and established processes
