      Job Description:

      At Job Duck, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to support a dynamic legal team handling personal injury cases. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring claims are opened efficiently, documentation is accurate, and communication flows seamlessly with clients and medical providers.

      Your daily work will directly contribute to case progress and client satisfaction by handling critical administrative and legal support tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, communicates confidently in English, and takes pride in delivering precise, high-quality work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting legal operations and making a measurable impact behind the scenes.
      • Compensation Range: 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Open and manage new claims efficiently and accurately
      • Support attorneys and legal staff with administrative tasks
      • Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of daily operations
      • Request and follow up on medical records from providers
      • Draft and send legal correspondence and letters

      Requirements:

      • Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a legal administrative role
      • Familiarity with US-based law, legal document preparation, court procedures, and e-filing systems
      • Strong organizational and priority-setting skills with attention to detail
      • Clear written and verbal communication skills
      • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and adherence to ethical standards


      Work Shift:

      8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [MST][MDT] (United States of America)

      Languages:

      English, Spanish
