      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and track invoices, coordinating collections, and reconciling payments
      - Manage calendars related to billing cycles, payment commitments, and follow-ups
      - Handle approximately 7 to 10 incoming calls per day with professionalism and empathy
      - Maintain accurate billing files, supporting documents, and audit-ready records
      - Review billing and time entry reports to identify discrepancies and initiate timely corrections

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience as a Billing Assistant and Intake Specialist
      - Experience in a legal, professional services, or accounting environment
      - Advanced English language proficiency
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage recurring billing cycles and reception tasks with accuracy and discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
      - Experience working with sensitive client information and maintaining confidentiality
      - Familiarity with virtual meeting tools and scheduling
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Experience in a remote work setting
