Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
Schedule preventative maintenance across houses
Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Prepare and manage property budgets
Handle financial reporting and maintain accurate records
Stay updated on laws and regulations
Ensure the property complies with all relevant codes and regulations
Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations
Implement safety and security measures
Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are ideal.
At least 5 years of previous experience in property management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in property management software
Excellent problem-solving skills; have the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Quick decision-making skills
Bonus: Has experience managing homes in the US
This is a full-time contractor position that pays $20k annually.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced home manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our short-term vacation rental portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements: Current primary residence in South America, Central America, or Mexico . The role will be 5 days a week, including the at least one weekend day. Work hours are TBA.
