What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value-based care portfolio
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for health plan payer contracts, providing synthesized insights for targeted interventions
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests specifically related to Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
- Develop an understanding of payer-specific quality programs and collaborate with experts to enhance performance measures
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement in value-based care tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or relevant fields
- 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, including basic formulas and pivot tables
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to the employer's mission of serving primary care providers and their patients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Tableau or other data management software
- Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
- Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers to drive tasks forward
