What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess new cybersecurity findings and provide analysis on their impact on vendors
- Deliver written and verbal reports to customers and vendors regarding vendor risks
- Address support tickets related to the MAX service from vendors and customers
- Stay updated on current security threats and industry standards to enhance vendor risk management strategies
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience advising customers on cybersecurity or technology issues
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar tools, and familiarity with scripting languages like Python
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in vendor risk management or cybersecurity analysis
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience with additional programming languages
- Background in customer service or technical support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
