      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and verify data submitted for background screens while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
      - Carefully manage confidential and sensitive information daily using multiple computer systems, following all protocols for compliance
      - Meet assigned objectives, goals, and quality standards
      - Perform other related duties as assigned to support the business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - At least 1 year of employment experience as an individual contributor, preferably in an Operations or Support Department
      - Strong communication and follow-up skills
      - High attention to detail
      - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the background check industry is a plus, but not required
      - At least 1 year of college education is preferred, but not required
      - Familiarity with TazWorks or other platforms designed for Consumer Reporting Agencies
