What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with current and prospective end customers
- Grow wallet share of existing enterprise installations and secure new business within key market segments
- Identify and target new end user accounts within designated industry verticals
- Promote and develop customized proposals for SaaS solutions and other product offerings
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in selling at the C-suite level with 5-7 years of experience in major account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and present Software as a Solution (SaaS) proposals
- Knowledge of company products, master key systems, and OSHA regulations
- Proven ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships with customer groups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience using CRM software, such as Oracle Sales Cloud
- Public speaking experience and ability to demonstrate products effectively to decision-makers
