What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with current and prospective end customers to ensure optimal value from products and services
- Grow wallet share of existing enterprise installations of company products and services
- Secure new business within key market segments through Global 2000 targets
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
- Collaborate regularly with various departments to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in selling at the C-suite level within assigned verticals, with strong public speaking skills
- 5 - 7 years of experience in sales with major account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and present Software as a Solution (SaaS) proposals
- Knowledge of company products and master key systems, as well as OSHA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., Oracle Sales Cloud)
