      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize outreach and tabling events to engage with Veterans and promote services
      - Develop relationships with organizations that serve Veterans to enhance collaboration and referrals
      - Conduct educational presentations about programs at various events and meetings
      - Complete required documentation and maintain promotional inventory for outreach activities
      - Participate in clinical and administrative supervision and training while maintaining confidentiality of client records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Community (MHRT/C) certification
      - Experience and skills in public speaking, presenting, and outreach/education
      - Strong administrative and organizational skills
      - Experience with military or veteran service programs or relevant lived experience
      - Active Maine Driver's License and ability to perform statewide travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with Veterans or in a related field
      - Knowledge of mental health services and trauma-informed care practices
      - Familiarity with data collection tools and electronic health records
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
