What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the MedVet Student Ambassador program, including interviewing, onboarding, and managing ambassadors
- Conduct monthly virtual group meetings with Student Ambassadors to discuss program strategies
- Manage recruiting and hiring processes for the Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP)
- Attend virtual and in-person veterinary conferences and job fairs to promote recruiting efforts
- Develop monthly reports related to budget, program events, and recruiting activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strongly desired experience in recruiting, particularly campus recruiting
- Proficiency in MS Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in team-based projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence senior-level team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the veterinary field is a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and marketing tools for recruitment
