What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to veterinary conferences and clinics to promote in-home end-of-life care services
- Educate veterinary practices on the benefits of recommending the employer's services
- Visit a minimum of 2 markets per month to deliver educational materials
- Attend national conferences and events to engage with veterinary professionals
- Report and track results from visits and events to assess campaign effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of sales or outreach experience, preferably in the veterinary industry
- Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills tailored to audience needs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in the veterinary industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, G Suite, and Customer Relationship Management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in veterinary sales or outreach
- Familiarity with Lap of Love's end-of-life care services
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous involvement in veterinary conferences or events
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a professional setting
