      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Regional Manager Team to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators for the Veterinary business
      - Develop and execute sales plans to deliver annual business targets
      - Foster an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and collaboration
      - Establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results
      - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to meet shared objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree; Master's of Business Administration preferred
      - 5-7 years of direct sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in sales leadership
      - Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
      - Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and management across multiple functions
