What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address and respond to all product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events in compliance with US regulations
- Provide information and support regarding product use, adverse events, and unexpected responses to treatment
- Document all communications in accordance with SOPs and compliance requirements
- Support external and internal sales representatives by providing technical assistance and attending veterinary conferences
- Research topics and prepare reports as requested by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic
- Strong customer service background with a commitment to excellence in a regulatory compliance environment
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail, quality-focused, with strong technical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the animal health or related industry and/or regulatory experience
- Ability to manage conflict and balance business needs with user-friendliness
