      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Professionally manage communication from pet owners and veterinary professionals to support animal health and well-being
      - Assist with daily operations of Veterinary Support, providing information and services to callers
      - Assess and triage cases of illnesses and injuries, referring to appropriate veterinary resources as needed
      - Maintain accurate case records and document findings using electronic record databases
      - Collaborate with management and external partners to address any arising issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
      - CVT license required in Illinois
      - Understanding of medical terminology and basic animal anatomy
      - Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
      - Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a veterinary practice or shelter
      - Customer service or client relations experience
      - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
      - Strong active listening skills and ability to establish rapport quickly with clients
      - Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience in stressful situations
