What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using relevant software and resources
- Maintain technical expertise with all related software and computer systems
- Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers for follow-up when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation
- Requires excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal direction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a contact center or tech support role
- Associate's Degree (tech-focused preferred)
- Ability to present ideas in both business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience in volunteering for projects and committees
