What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to assess and address Vet Tech staffing needs
- Customize job postings to attract qualified candidates and review incoming applications
- Conduct virtual and phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills
- Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
- Represent the employer at national recruiting events and career fairs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or veterinary industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills
