      RESPONSIBILITIES :

      • Modernize and transform how data is sourced, prepared, utilized and delivered for unified regulatory and internal modelling purposes.

      • Work with cross functional teams using Business, Technical and Data Expertise.

      • Research data from various databases (Oracle, Hadoop, etc.), develop root cause analysis and recommend solutions with both strategic and tactical approach for the problems encountered during the automation process.

      • Utilize Incident Management and data quality framework to lower data risk in regulatory reporting.

      • Assess automation project deliverables using Safe Agile Practices.

      • Collaborate and articulate highly complex subjects to senior leadership and others.

      • Evaluate Banking data platforms against Regulatory requirements, and identify areas requiring definitional and technological improvement.

      • Analyze large, complex financial datasets from various data sources using querying languages like Hadoop, Oracle and Teradata and SQL.

      • Leverage language like SQL, SAS and Python to analyze large/complex data sets, prototype new and better solutions, and automate and modernize legacy platforms up to current sustainability standards.

      • Utilize Tableau to visualize data to enable Executive insights and drive actionable behavior.

      • Utilize Horizon Suite, Confluence and Sharepoint to define strategy/objectives, and establish, track and manage project deliverables.

      REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related;

      • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related quantitative occupation.

      • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

      • Evaluating Banking data platforms against Regulatory requirements, and identifying areas requiring definitional and technological improvement;

      • Analyzing large, complex financial datasets from various data sources using querying languages like Hadoop, Oracle and Teradata and SQL;
