      The Opportunity

      What You'll Contribute

      • Build to Excellence.

      • Architect and establish FICO's first-ever Global Project Management Office, creating the foundation for enterprise-wide execution excellence.

      • Design the operating model, governance frameworks, and cultural DNA that will define how FICO delivers its most critical initiatives.

      • Transform FICO's multi-year growth strategy into an integrated execution roadmap, ensuring every major initiative connects directly to business value.

      • Create the single source of truth for strategic initiatives, dependencies, and delivery health across all regions and functions.

      • Global Execution Engine.

      • Establish common standards, tools, and methodologies that enable consistent delivery excellence while respecting local market realities.

      • Build prioritization and resource allocation frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making at the speed of opportunity.

      • Cross-Functional Catalyst.

      • Design collaboration models that break down silos and ensure complex; enterprise-wide programs have clear ownership and decision pathways.

      • Create the governance structures that drive accountability while empowering teams to move with agility and innovation.

      • Organization & Talent Builder.

      • Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class global PMO team with deep expertise in program management, portfolio optimization, and change leadership.

      • Position your new PMO as the premier destination for execution talent and establish it as a respected strategic partner across the organization.

      • Performance & Impact Driver.

      • Establish the metrics, reporting, and transparency mechanisms that give executives confidence in delivery forecasts and outcomes.

      • Create the feedback loops and continuous improvement culture that ensure the PMO evolves with FICO's growth.

      What We're Seeking

      • 15+ years of enterprise program/portfolio leadership with 5+ years at VP level, including experience building PMO organizations from inception.

      • Proven track record establishing execution frameworks and delivery excellence in global software/technology environments.

      • Deep expertise in PMO design, portfolio management methodologies, and large-scale organizational transformation at a Software company.

      • Organizational Architect: You've built high-performing execution organizations from concept to full operation.

      • Framework Designer: You excel at creating scalable processes, governance models, and operating rhythms that stick.

      • Change Catalyst: You understand how to introduce new ways of working while maintaining organizational momentum

      • Startup Mindset in Enterprise Scale: You bring entrepreneurial energy to building within established organizations.

      • Strategic Foundation Builder: You think in systems and design for scalability from day one.

      • Cultural Connector: You create alignment and shared purpose across diverse, global teams.

      • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $196,000 to $308,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
