Job Description

- Implement and coordinate effective human resource management systems, processes, and standards in accordance with business strategies and in accordance with federal, state, local regulatory requirements;
- Participate in business planning and strategic direction with leaders of each region including organizational structure; recruiting and diversity strategies; positive associate relations and engagement; retention; etc.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the field operations and sales; assisting with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues;
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, and direction to the field ADHRs and other HR leaders as their matrix, functional manager;
- Identify best practices for accountability and appropriate reporting metrics that support goals and objectives;
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute the organization’s Core Values, long-term mission and goals;
- Identify key performance indicators for the organization’s field human resources; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics;
- Explore and act on initiatives that drive equal opportunity, inclusion, diversity, etc.;
- Provide counsel in employee relations issues and partners with corporate legal when necessary;
- Re-engineer processes and procedures, to include leveraging technology, to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness;
- Analyze the effectiveness of the field HR operations and policies while creating action plans for process improvements as needed and
- 15 + years of progressive human resources leadership experience
- Multi-Unit/Multi-State HR leadership experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of California employment laws preferred
- Extensive human capital and cultural transformation experience with a proven ability to demonstrate measurable results through the use of analytics and metrics
- Visionary leader with proven ability to create and implement HR strategies while simultaneously executing HR activities
- Hospitality experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or commensurate experience with increasing level of responsibility
- SPHR Certification
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS applications
- Up to 50%

Salary: $170,000- $185,000
