      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a sales team of approximately 150 Senior Living Advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
      - Analyze sales performance metrics and ensure accountability for sales goals
      - Develop and present performance reports to executive leadership
      - Oversee hiring, promotions, and compensation decisions for the sales team
      - Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to enhance sales technology and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a sales force with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance management skills
      - Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire sales teams
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the senior care industry or related field
      - Proven track record of improving sales performance and conversion rates
      - Ability to manage complex projects with multiple interdependencies
      - Willingness to work the last three days of the month consistently
