What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Analyze sales performance and report progress to executive leadership
- Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance sales results and customer satisfaction
- Oversee hiring, promotions, compensation, and termination decisions for sales staff
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance sales technology and lead prioritization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a sales force with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance management skills
- Proven ability to motivate and drive sales teams toward greater performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
